Just buy your bag in the usual way from one of our local stockists or online, fill it and we’ll collect it directly from your customer. So no more need to arrange skips, or make trips to the tip.
If you join the HIPPOPRO scheme you recieve a 50% discount on every 6th bag you have collected. That’s on top of the usual £11.50 discount that you recieve for every second and subsequent bags that are collected at the same time. In addition you recieve early notice of any promotions we are running, a dedicated customer service team and best of all – it’s free to join!

To enable us to correctly track your purchases and apply your discount, we ask that you please book your collections by calling us as we are not able to do this via the website, at this time. Unfortunately this means we are unable to trace any back-dated orders that you may have purchased before becoming a HIPPOPRO member. Please call us today and we will do all we can to set up your account straight away and start you towards receiving your discounts.
While we endeavour to activate your HIPPOPRO account as soon as possible, please be advised that the process may take up to a few days.

Any offer made in line with the HIPPOPRO membership scheme in no way replaces our standard terms and conditions of trade, your statutory rights or your duty of care or legal responsibilities regarding waste disposal. Our prepaid bag and collection service is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The price paid at the time of purchase is valid throughout this timeframe. If you wish to arrange a collection after this time you may incur a surcharge.
