What we need to know
Before you call us, if you could be ready with the following information, it would really help us process your booking quickly and accurately.
- Your unique collection ID, or order reference number (you will only have this if you have already bought your bag and collection package through us directly)
- Your contact details including a daytime telephone number
- What’s in your HIPPOBAG
- Whereabouts your HIPPOBAG is situated
- How many HIPPOBAGs and of what size are ready for collection
- If your road is wide enough for our collection lorry (at least 4 metres)
- If you think there might be any other access issues
- And finally, if you need to be there when we collect
HippoPro account holder?
We are only able to track your account through telephone calls. Please call us to order your bag and collection, or buy your bag in store and call us. This is so we can ensure you receive your discount.
Collection only pricing
If you have purchased your bag in store, when you book your collection either online or by calling 0845 850 0 850 you will be asked to make your collection payment by credit or debit card. Our current collection prices are:

I bought a Hippobag and collection package online
Our prepaid bag and collection service is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The price paid at the time of purchase is valid throughout this timeframe. If you wish to arrange a collection after this time you may incur a surcharge. When you are ready to have your Hippobag collected, simply call us or use the website to book.
